With our in-house skills and expertise, we offer a full bespoke carpentry and cabinetry service across Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas. Everything is made to measure, built to last, and designed to suit your home. Whatever space you have or limitations, the Abbey Fire Team will have a solution.

Not at all. Whilst we naturally offer bespoke joinery as part of our fireplace installation service, our carpentry team works across all kinds of home projects; wardrobes, alcove units, under-stairs storage, and more, completely independently of any fire or stove work.

We work with a range of materials depending on your specification and budget, including solid timber, MDF, and painted finishes. We’ll always advise on the best material choices for the look you’re after and the use the unit will get.
Yes. This is actually one of our strengths. Whether you need alcove units to match an existing fireplace surround, wardrobes to complement your bedroom furniture, or any other joinery that needs to feel cohesive with what’s already there, we’ll work to achieve that match.
This depends entirely on the scope of the project. A single alcove unit might take one to two days to install; a full walk-in wardrobe or set of fitted bedroom wardrobes may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timescale when we quote, so you know exactly what to expect.
Again, this really depends on the project, but we can say it might not be as much as you expect. Please get in touch, and we can come and see what you need or are looking for. We may also have ideas if you are working to a specific budget (and it might be something you haven’t thought about!).
