Many thanks to Abbey Fire Centre for their excellent service. From Marie in the shop, who gave us a wealth of information, tips and good advice to Kieran and Andy who made a great job of fitting our new Contura wood burner they have made the whole process trouble free and straightforward. We are both more than happy with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey to anyone thinking installing a woodburner.

Just wanted to say what fantastic service from start to finish - Abbey were recommended by the fire supplier when I called for a spare part - both Maria and Bob the engineer were brilliant to deal with and invaluable in sorting a tricky repair job on an old fire.

We just had to add our HUGE thanks to Kieran and Andy for the brilliant job they made of fitting our new Contura 810 Woodburner. To say we're over the moon would be a huge understatement - from the moment Kieran did a test fire yesterday, our little bungalow became transformed into a real home!
We've recently moved home and this is the second time we've used Abbey Fire Centre as they're lovely genuine people plus we were so pleased with the previous Woodburner Kieran fitted for us. We knew what genuine advice and good service and we'd get so we decided to use Abbey Fire Centre again and we're so pleased we did.
We have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending the company.

Thank you so much for all your patience and help with juggling and sorting everything out for us. We love the fireplaces - they look even better than we'd imagined and fit the room perfectly. We're really pleased that we kept the tiles around the existing gas fire too - they look so much better against the black hearth so thanks to Kieran for his honest advice.
Rich is loving 'making fire' with HIS stove as well!

The service from Abbey Fire Centre is excellent. I had good advice about different types of woodburners, without any hard-sell pressure. The fitting was done with the minimum of disruption, and all rubble taken away. The end result is fantastic! I would highly recommend Abbey Fire Centre.

The whole service from Abbey was fantastic - they provided good honest advice on what we needed to do. We changed from an open fire and got an ACR Rowandale fitted which is just superb - it has made our dream home. I would highly recommend!

The wood burner, fitted by Kieran and Andy, has transformed our home.
We have just had our third winter since the stove was was fitted and I am still completely in love with the thing. I actually look forward to winter now and feel dejected when spring arrives.
The quality of service from The Abbey Fire Centre is absolutely first class. From the initial chat in the showroom to the first small 'test' fire in the installed burner, you could not wish for a more professional and friendly team of people in which to place your trust.
It was a big spend for us at the time but I reckon with the reduced gas bills for heating and the value it adds to the house, not to mention the cozy factor; it's a complete 'no-brainer' to have one fitted.Posted on

Had my multi fuel stove fitted earlier in the year, really pleased with it, everyone admires it and I am looking forward to this winter so I can enjoy the heat it throws out. We had a cream enamel stove fitted by Abbey Fires - it was a gas stove because unfortunately we weren't in a position to have a woodburner. The guys who fitted it were really friendly, the advice we were given at the showroom was really sensible and the best we had received. The finished look was brilliant - everyone who comes to our house comments on how stunning it is - would definitely recommend you to others.
